Cosy Ribble Valley Wedding with Steven and Nekoye

I love country village weddings. I think it’s how authentic and intimate they feel whilst also being surrounded by old fashioned cottages and landscapes, Nekoye and Steven's wedding day was no exception. Set against the backdrop of Slaidburn Village Hall in the heart of the town, this intimate celebration was a testament to the beauty of simplicity and the genuine connections that define a wedding day.

With close friends and family in attendance, the atmosphere was warm and personal, devoid of any unnecessary frills. The clouds above seemed to embrace the coziness of the occasion, adding an authentic touch to the day. As Steven, a talented musician, played the piano at the start of the ceremony, everyone took their seats, setting the tone for the rest of the day.

Laughter and emotion filled the air during the ceremony, creating a truly moving experience for all. The raw, unfiltered expressions of love and happiness were at the forefront, enabling myself to capture each moment. These were the genuine interactions that make a wedding day so unforgettable.

Immediately after the ceremony, the newlyweds and their loved ones gathered outside for confetti and congratulations. It was a simple, yet beautiful moment of shared joy under the cloudy skies. These candid snapshots perfectly encapsulate the genuine connections and happiness that were abundant throughout the day. I took advantage of the picturesque location, capturing group shots and portraits by a quaint stone bridge near the venue. This natural setting allowed us to create images that truly reflected the essence of the location.

Nekoye and Steven, your wedding day was a wonderful experience for myself as a photographer. Your commitment to letting the day unfold naturally allowed me to capture your day perfectly. Thank you for inviting me to be part of your day!
